Wabi Sabi House. Nicknamed House 44 the home fuses the familiarities of a simple Australian verandah house that is in dialogue with Malaysias tropical climate while borrowing from the Japanese concept of wabi-sabi. Set atop a concrete plinth it features weathered steel cladding and blackened cedar siding.
